Hydraulic Jack
The first unit with this option was delivered and this option is available now for all twin screw mixers. This option has a special safety feature that will prevent the jack from lowering when it is not hooked up to the hydraulic system of the tractor. The hydraulic hoses can always be connected and disconnected; there is no oil pressure in the hoses. |
Hayring
The first Hayring has been delivered. This heavy duty hayring will only be necessary when special course commodoties or rations with a very high hay percentage are being mixed. This Hayring is available on all twin screws and will be available on single screw later this year (2009). |
Heavy Duty Rubber Tub Extension
We use the industry's most durable HD 1/2" belting, with a double
reinforcing layer along both sides of the tub, for more rigidity to
prevent collapse during loading. This industrial strength belting
will control spillage when processing rations with a high percentage
of roughage. |

Commodity Door
This convenient rear door with fixed chute and indicator gauge is
designed for quick and easy unloading of batch commodities. |
Abrasive Resistant Tub Liners
Designed to provide protection against tub wear and abrasion
where you need it most, these liners are available in AR 200 or Stainless
Steel and are welded directly to the interior wall of the tub.

Conveyor Drop Chute
Designed to provide more accurate placement of your feed, this drop
chute is easily bolted onto the unloading conveyor. Fixed or folding
chutes are available, along with optional magnets to minimize hardware
poisoning. |
Dogleg Conveyor
The optimal dogleg conveyor provides an increased discharge height
for bunk feeding, while maintaining the high capacity and even feedout
afforded by the front center door.

Mirror Mounted Scale Readout
This scale readout is ergonomically designed to allow the operator to monitor the load weight and discharge the ration easily and accurately.

Two Speed Gearbox
For lower horsepower tractors, a two speed gearbox is available which
lowers the machine's horsepower requirements by 20%, or provides additional
power when required for tougher materials. |
Constant Velocity PTO
The optional Weasler Constant Velocity PTO features their
patented ball and socket design and lubrication system, as well as,
Weasler's patented articulated guard system for maintaining full coverage
up to 80 degree angles. All Supreme Pull Type Feed Processors come
standard equipped with Weasler PTO Shafts featuring their Free Motion
Hub and Auto-Lok Slide Collar design for easy hook-up. |
Hydraulic Conveyor Extender
 Available
for both one-way or two-way discharge, this option allows the operator
to extend or retract the conveyor from the tractor seat. |
Walking Beam for 900T Pull-type
The 900 pull-type mixer is now available with a walking beam option. Just like the 1200 the 900 can also be equipped with the floatation tires. |
Side Door Option for 1200/1400 Pull-types
 The 1200/1400 pulltype mixers can now be delivered with 2 side doors instead of the front-center door with the conveyor. |
